Velvet red and available for rental with a $2500 minimum opening food/bev spread (not so much when you book a group event), the space is perfect for game-watching, bachelor/ette parties, family celebrations, or company team building. A wide selection of rums from every imaginable place in the world; the list includes ones that bar manager Christina Altieri has worked hard to get, and which only RumBa has the one or two bottles available in Boston. The bartenders make superior cocktails from dark, light, aņejo such as their take on a mai tai or a ginger peach tea that's like nothing you've had before. Yes, there's also the requisite beers and wines, but take a journey with them around the world via their rum tasting menu and you might be converted and never go back.
