Though some are disappointed at the declining service, the spot remains a hot choice ever since its 2004 opening. Moto from chef Homaro Cantu wowed them with the Singapore Sling soup; orange juice in the form of noodles; Whimsical Squeezes (eyedropper pipettes filled with pureed goodies such as Swiss chard and bacon); sashimi with coconut milk and black squid ink; and coffee flavoured doughnuts served with doughnut flavoured coffee. The only challenge about this restaurant is that everyone at the table must all be able to agree on one set menu.
