It's Las Vegas! A bouncer at the door (don't be intimidated by him), an escalator, concert-style lighting and a 'wall of life' this place is beyond over the top. A restaurant, bar, tearoom and lounge all in one in the Camden area (yes, there's nothing else near it) well known chef Ian Pengelley (formerly of Pengelley's and E&O) oversees the pan-Asian menu offering. With a 50 foot bar (the longest in the UK), 30 different Sakes, they will also have traditional Asian tea ceremonies served in the tea room. Since 10,000 people involved in an Indian design team worked for a whole year on the £15 million new-build, it's almost a competition as to what's more impressive, the hand-carved interiors or the dishes - such as duck and watermelon salad (a weird combination in theory that's actually very very tasty), wagyu beef with Japanese chive mash, and baked silver cod in hoba leaf. Let the house sommelier pick matching sakes for you....
