We love this upscale Indian restaurant where the room and the service are high end but the prices are incredibly reasonable. A stone's throw away from Green Park and all the firms that work in the area, they serve up a stupendous lunch with the classics. A black-eyed beans, kumquats, salad leaves and chaat masala followed by fabulous spiced lamb with red chillies and a tandoor grilled paneer with a stuffing of mint chutney and tamarind; it’s all amazing here. The devil is in the details, from the kind of stuffed naan you can have such as dates, coconut and poppy seeds or cheese and coriander stem to the service which is perfectly timed. Equally good for an office party as it is for a lunch date, it's a must.
