This is one of those we guess we should include but secretly think that Monsieur Robuchon has had way too much exposure. Is it possible for him to be in Vegas, New York, Paris and London all at the same time? Well unless physics changed since we last studied it... nonetheless, his casual, belly- up- to- the- bar spot where you can perch on your backless red stools (hello! not comfortable!) and watch his star kitchen at work is a place to check out. Expect the same foie gras, steak and quail dishes to be found in Paris. Make a booking - they only take reservations for the upstairs restaurant and the first sitting at the bar.
