Hollywood attempts to do quaint NYC bistro. Burgers. Seafood. Doesn't suck wine list. Located in the middle of chatty Babylon Court where there is an abundance of outdoor seating. The exterior ambiance may not be as charming as a New York village scene but Heather Graham and Matthew Perry didn’t seem to notice as they got cozy in a corner just before heading off to a movie at Mann’s Chinese theatre.
