This classic is not new but remains strong year after year what with everyone in Hollywood, such as Nicole Kidman, doing deals here (or having dates here. Sometimes both those things at the same time.) Or simply being publicly seen here. Mostly over Friday breakfast when the outrageously expensive Cal Asian food seems justified. Perhaps not noticeable when the coffee hasn't yet kicked in? At night, it's old fashioned piano playing (it is the Beverly Hills Hotel after all) but more for a nightcap than a way to spend your whole evening.
