This David Myers' French bistro is decidely California- influenced. A beautiful country- white and black room with silver accents and mirrors, Comme Ca serves up everything from oysters from their raw bar, to de rigeur L.A. salads, to croque monsieur at breakfast. Diners rave about such dishes as the escargot persillade, and indeed most of the menu is quite evenly good, but it's also the interesting clientele that jams up the bar area and dining room that make this spot worthwhile. Experiments from the chef are fun as he turns out such gems as blood orange marmalade and oxtail jam.
