This boutique is big on the L.A. look. Tiny polka dot dresses with cardigans and halter tops by Karen Zambos, Voom, Jonquil and various other girlie and cute designers are snatched up here by both TV and (actually) desperate housewives. Looking young and casual here doesn’t come with an attitude or the hefty price tags of many other too-hot West Coast shops; many items come in around $150.
