Not to be confused with Cabana in the Hamptons, this one is the rooftop of The Maritime Hotel. There are more stairs leading in and out of this spot than we know what to do with, in and out of the hotel, in and out of Hiro, from Hiro to Matsuri, from the lobby to the bar at La Bottega. If you can manage to find your way straight to the top bar, with its two decks, floating pools, and outdoor foliage, you'll forget instantly that you're in NY. With a Miami feel (and occasionally a Miami-esque crowd), this deck replaces all those "other" hotel rooftops that now seem so...last summer.
