Filled with the young and off-key, Encore is a rock themed “karaoke palace” and Alan Philips, Josh Shames and Derek Feinman’s new creation. It’s full on 80s here with the neon red signs proclaiming that it’s “Paradise City” but the youngins seeking “Satisfaction” weren’t much more than zygotes when it was recorded the first time around.
