Sasha Petraske’s West Village spot is as elegant as his previous spots (Milk & Honey) but a bit more relaxed. That is, only a very very little bit. Bartenders still have exacting ideas on how you should have your drink (versus how you normally have your drink) so if you're adventurous and want to try a all the old fashioned numbers the way they used to be made, this is the spot for you. If you like a twist on it your way, you may not be so happy here at this watering hole that doesn't even like loud talkers. (Not us in case you're wondering) That said, we do have our favourite bartender here - who won't here much longer - as he's an actor - but whilst he's still there, you can find us bellied up to the bar. For sides cars, mojitos and oysters of course....
