This delightful use of the second floor of the Time Hotel in midtown is a great after work destination that tourists have yet to invade so you can still expect a relatively secluded spot for decompressing with colleagues or that first date you want to keep relatively discreet yet unboring. A jet black countertop surrounded by white club chairs and Lucite chandeliers, this bar is at once 60s and mod yet somehow Louis-esque what with the textured wallpapers and plush couches. The sunny front room and more intimate long seating area give way to a large room in the back with a plasma screen and pool table that lends itself to great private bookings as well. Done by Ric Addison and styled by Jody Singleton, on weekends, there is also a late night crew that crowds in here for the Gin and Sin and Crimson Sunset drinks.
