Could this be the Lotus of the Bowery? BLVD is a lot of things at once. It's Crash Mansion, a much-needed live music venue, a restaurant anchored by chefs Julian Alonzo and Kris Czartoryski, and also a private bar in the back and a club in the front. Visited by Chris Noth, Michael Strahan (NY Giants), Ralph Fiennes, hot world music star Angelique Kidjo, Gina Gershon and Federico Castelluccio (The Sopranos), this is the club that really shows what the next neighbourhood will be. Just as once upon a time four nightlife visionaries arrived on 14th Street and changed the MPD forever, so could this place change the Bowery....and you never know who you'll find making out in the corner.
