Eric Goode (a history of Area, MK and Bowery Bar in NY) and Sean MacPherson (guilty of Bar Marmont, Swingers and Jones in L.A.) have paired up again. From first foray The Park, they've ventured into complete hospitality so that after your late nights out, instead of just passing out on one of their banquettes, now you can pay them while passing out in one of their spots. Even before opening up for real, they hosted the always-a-madhouse, can't-miss Marc Jacobs Fashion Week show and party. So named because it once was for the National Maritime Union of America, the bizarre series of other past tenants in this now celeb heavy space have been Covenant House and a Chinese Studies Centre...we're sure its future in the hands of Eric and Sean will be equally cultural and gossip page worthy.
