Craftsteak
85 Tenth Avenue

Next door to Mario's Del Posto is Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak. If Tenth Ave is starting to feel like Vegas to you, it is to us also. What with the hotels and here a Buddha, there a Buddha, everywhere a freakin tourist- tourist, it should come as no surprise that this two room outpost will set you back $42 to $66 a steak. (In fact, by the time you read this, don't be surprised if it's gone up to match the ever climbing real estate prices!) At least Tom's steaks are good. There's also osso bucco, diver scallops, and with the wine selection, expect this to be an expense account dinner.
