From the One folks, Jonathan Segal, Celeste Fierro and Chris Walsh, STK is ostensibly a steakhouse but with Todd Mark Miller at the helm of this lounge (he’s ex Steven Starr, specifically Washington Square and Barclay Prime) it’s also fun here. Foie Gras French Toast is on almond brioche and shrimp Rice Krispies that come with a snap crackle pop are two restertaining dishes. In fact, this spot has already entertained Jessica Biel, Damon Dash, Tom Brady, Ice T and Sarah Michelle Gellar just to namedrop a few. Second floor seating has private dining suites named for famous burlesque stars, such as “The Tempest Storm” (seats 70) and “The Bettie Page” (seats 20) and so on... In this era of much too much, we also like that there is a small 6 oz steak in addition to the medium and large which goes up to 34 oz.
