All chefs seem to travel by Postrio, Craig Stoll being no different. This tribute to the Mediterranean -all things French & Italian, is still amazing after nearly ten years. (That's how long we've had it in our guide.) Stoll deserves his James Beard best chef award. We like the salmon on a fig leaf, grilled calamari with white beans, the insalata di campo and the pastas. Our favourite is the gnocci with nettles.
